Refund Policy

At Pagani Design, we want you to love your order. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer an easy return process with store credit.

RETURNS POLICY

Items must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date.

All returns are processed as store credit, allowing you to repurchase an alternative item or the same item in a different size.

Items marked as “FINAL SALE” cannot be returned unless faulty.

We do not offer refunds for final sale items, change of mind, or incorrect sizing.

Customers who have received an incorrect item or a product with a manufacturing defect will be issued a refund.

(Please note that Pagani Design performs strict quality control on all items before dispatch and upon receiving returns.)

Please take care when trying on items. Products with manual damage or those that do not comply with our returns policy will be declined and sent back to the customer.

Pagani Design is not responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty or incorrect. We do not issue store credit or refunds for the original shipping fee

Orders returned due to unclaimed or rejected customs fees, missed delivery, or incorrect address will be issued as store credit, minus shipping fees, after confirmation of return via tracking. Refunds are not available for these cases.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. A store credit will be issued for eligible returned items so you can place a new order for your preferred size or item

If you need an urgent replacement, we recommend purchasing the new item immediately and sending your return separately. Store credit will be issued after we receive and process your return.

 

RETURN CONDITIONS

All clothing items must be returned:

  • In original condition, unworn and unwashed.

  • Free of any makeup, deodorant, or perfume stains.

  • With all original tags attached and in original packaging.

All shoes must be returned:

  • In their original, undamaged shoebox.

  • In the same condition received.

  • Tried on only indoors on a clean, soft surface.

 

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

  • Sale or clearance items (unless faulty).

  • Accessories (excluding shoes and heels).

  • Lingerie.

  • Swimwear without a hygiene sticker.

 

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN

Items must be returned within 30 days from the purchase date.

Please download our returns form HERE, print it, and fill out all required details clearly.

Note: Our warehouse does not accept in-person returns, deliveries, or order pickups.

IMPORTANT

Returns received later than 30 days from the purchase date will incur a EUR 5.00 processing fee, deducted from your store credit. Returns received after 35 days will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

RECEIVED A FAULTY ITEM?

If you have received a faulty or incorrect item, contact our customer support team within 5 days of receiving your package via our contact form before sending the item back.

You will not be reimbursed for return shipping fees if our support team has not provided instructions beforehand. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service as Pagani Design is not responsible for lost or damaged returns in transit.

RETURN ASSESSMENT

Returned products will be inspected upon arrival to ensure they comply with our return policy. Non-returnable items or returns that fail to meet our conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.

STORE CREDIT, REFUNDS, AND PROCESSING TIMES

Depending on the service and country you are returning items from, delivery and processing may take up to 21 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If eligible for a refund (in cases of defective or incorrect products), the refund will be processed via the original payment method. For payments made with both credit cards and gift cards or store credit, the refund will first be applied to the gift card/store credit balance.

Please refrain from contacting us regarding the status of your return unless 15 business days have passed since dispatching your return. You will be notified via the email provided in your order once your return has been processed.

Store credit will be issued via email in the form of a code and will remain valid for 6 months from the date of issue.

Pagani Design does not process returns on public holidays — all returns will be processed on the next working day.
